Web Tender

WebTender is an online facility that allows our
shoppers to apply for assignments that may require mileage/incentive
payments. Some clients have remote outlets located
in regions where GBW has a limited numbers of
shoppers. In this event, we may have to pay a shopper
a travel allowance to complete the evaluation. WebTender
provides the functionality for shoppers to make bids
for any assignments. Essentially, we're asking you
how much additional payment you require to complete
a particular assignment.
WebTender is not available at all times for all assignments.
We will notify you when a certain client is released to
WebTender. Generally this is towards the end of the month.
A WebTender button will appear next to those assignments
for which we are accepting bids. To make a bid, simply
click this button. You will be presented with a form:
This form contains key details
of the evaluation. Enter the additional payment you
would need to complete
the assignment into this form where prompted. Simply
enter your total and press the Submit button to forward
a bid to GBW. If you want to tender for an assignment,
do not add it to your basket. If you add the assignment
to your basket you will be accepting it without mileage/incentive.
Each
shopper should bid an amount that they believe is reasonable
to complete the assignment. Factors that
should be considered include travelling costs, difficulty
in completing the assignment, and your time. Your bid
will be reviewed against bids from other shoppers and
against previous mileage/incentive payments for similar
assignments. The shopper who submits the lowest bid
will be awarded the assignment. GBW reserves
the right reject any bid that it considers unreasonable.
Please
remember - when using WebTender you are applying for
an assignment. The assignment is not yet under
your name. If your bid is successful you will receive
a confirmation email for the assignment. Unless you
receive this confirmation email DO NOT complete the
evaluation. If you are unsure send an email to us to
query whether your application was successful. |
